Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. I am writing in reference to the head
brewer position. I have reviewed the mission statement of your company and I feel I would be a
great fit for the vacant position.
I am a graduate from Lincoln Memorial University School of Business and from the South
College Professional Brewing Science Program with years of successful home brewing under my
belt. While at South College, I volunteered over 250 hours in local craft breweries. During this
time, I brewed on systems from 3 barrel to 40 barrel, varying from manual systems to PID
systems. I have extensive experience in the brew house and cold room with a good knowledge in
the lab.
