Richard Wickramaratne started his career as a Trainee Accountant at Ernst & Young, Colombo Sri Lanka. Later he joined with the University of Kelaniya as a lecturer. At present he is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of management of the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.His role as a Senior lecturer consists teaching Human Resource Management and Research Supervision at both Undergraduate and postgraduate levels.He has supervised a number of postgraduate research students until completion.
