Responsible for and leading companywide programs on Manufacturing footprint, Complexity Reduction, Strategic Sourcing, Sustainability and Supply Chain Planning (S&OP) that delivered over the recent years in excess of 100 mio euro cost savings. Wavin is Europe's leading manufacturer of plastic pipe systems, present in 28 countries with approx. 6,500 employees and generating a revenue of 1.2 billion Euro (2012).
