Our Company
● GET Technologies Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Gexcel Technologies Sdn Bhd) is an
engineering and industrial automation company located in Malaysia.
● Our client came from various field such as semiconductor, plastic injection, rubber
glove, food and beverage, paper, printing, steel, power,waste water treatment, cargo
handling system oil and gas industries.
● We focus on providing automation solution to process, assembly, manufacturing
industry which help to increase productivity and improve cost efficiency.
● Therefore, our solutions include, but not limited to, integration of machine
automation, machine to machine communication, total manufacturing control and
monitoring through centralised software system. In addition, we also provide
design, development, integration, maintenance and retrofit for custom and existing
machine.
● We are authorized by ABB Group (Swiss Multinational Corporation) and Sanyo Denki
(Japanese) as Automation System Integration Partner and product distributor, where

New control system using Allen-Bradley PLC and touchscreen for water treatment project at Nestle, Malaysia.

Our Experiences → New SCADA Control System
New SCADA control system for Automatic Maintenance Production system at TNL Plastic, Malaysia. This system using ABB PLC and
Movicon system for management to monitor and control whole 17 production lines from their office or remote network. At each line, every
maintenance, tool change, material change and quality control will be recorded and RFID card used at each process prevent operator
slack off. In case of line down, system will automatically called the phone of person in charge.

New control system using Beckhoff PLC, Sanyo Denki servo drive and motor, computer and touchscreen
for 20 years old Clifford BRC mesh welding machine at KD Howa Seng, Malaysia. Currently, this machine can operate as it is new after
stop working for almost 10 years and its computer based system allow our engineer to troubleshoot it remotely at anytime.

New control system using Mitsubishi PLC and Movicon as SCADA system in car front axle assembly line at PEPS-JV, Malaysia. This
system able to record production data and print barcode for labeling output goods for future verification.

Energy saving solution using Inovance inverter in air compressor system. This solution able to upgrade Atlascopco air compressor to
inverter control where variable speed drive will vary the motor speed base on the air pressure to achieve energy saving

Our Experiences → Custom Automation Machine
Automated liquid filling machine for food flavours and fragrances at Matrix Flavours & Fragrances, Malaysia. This machine use ESIT load
cell for measure weight, Alfa Laval pump, valve, piping and fitting for hygienic piping, and Inovance inverter for control motor. It is capable
to fill eight bottles per minutes at accuracy of 50g.
