I am a senior actuary (recently celebrating 20 years qualified) with a commercial mindset. I am pro-growth, with a bent towards product design and innovation, and always seek to assist profit-enhancing opportunities with an open mind within a robust framework, balancing the scales of risk and profit. I see my skillset as the intersection of my MBA skills and my actuarial skills. I have a particular interest in reinsurance philosophy, strategy and design; and the interaction between reinsurance and capital.
