structure of demand for storage racks, pallet racks controls 67% of the market share. The main reason for this is a large sector of
goods that falls on the specific location within this category, namely warehouses. Due to the development of retail, a significant
proportion also belongs to shelving racks (19%). They are ideal for piece goods stores such as Cash & Carry. By results of 2010, the
share of imported products decreased significantly (from 36% in 2007 to 20%). The largest volume of imported storage racks in 2010
in Russia came from Germany, which accounted for 25% of imports. A slightly smaller proportion are made in Poland (21.4%). The
growth rate of the market, in retrospect, according to expert estimates made in 2005-2007, was an average of 20%. Beginning in
2008, however, the market began to plummet. According to experts, this drop will be finished by the end of 2011, and from 2012 the
market will grow at a fast pace. This is due to lack of storage space, which was very apparent by the end of this year. The report on
