I have fourteen years of enduring Experience in Hospitality Industry as a Trainer & Academician I have been associated with various Universities as an External Examiner.I am a Certified Housekeeping Instructor, from AHLA, USA. PhD.thesis on Topic " Accommodation Marketing through Internet: "A case study of 5-star deluxe hotels of Delhi and NCR"
