I am responsible for: - updating Quick Books - ensuring outstanding balances are paid by printing cheques and preparing them to be mailed - completing expense reports and invoices - updating the companies Facebook page, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Blog, website and information on directories - writing out job descriptions - posting jobs to Indeed when necessary - keeping the filing systems organized
