Dear Mr. Smith:
Tower Lodge is a large hotel chain that is looking to expand to the European market. As of right
now, we have decided that our guests would be better serves by us if we provided a shuttle
service from the local airports to our hotels. Seeing as you were able to help us solve this issue
when we were facing it in North America, we were asking you to invest again in our European
hotels.
We are foreseeing our sales to be at $10 billion next year, with profits at $8 billion if we start a
shuttle service. We will be putting up $50,000 to put a preliminary shuttle service at Heathrow in
London to our Tower Lodge branch in London, England. To invest, we are asking for you to
match us at $50,000. The money will be spent on the vans and employees necessary to start the
shuttle service.
As we did last time, the interest rate will be at 5 percent and we will have all the money paid
back by July 2016. To discuss details further, I would like to ask that we meet on Monday, April
20th. We look forward to doing business with you again.
