Currently leading UX for special projects at AWS. Design thinking. Lean. HDC. HCI. Semantics aside, I believe in obsessing over users' behaviors, prototyping early and often, running experiments to test hypotheses, and resorting to scrappy pragmatism when deadlines demand it. While I've specialized in UX for enterprise software in recent years, my background in new product development spans diverse industries including public health, pharma, education, insurance, consumer packaged goods and consumer electronics.
