2. Inspire comes from the word Inspiration . Inspiration is something that
makes you want to make a change in your life for the better; or, someone
who pushes you or sets an example. Many people like Nelson Mandela
Campaigned for justice and freedom in his native South Africa. Mandela
spent 20 years in jail for his opposition to apartheid. After his release, he
became the first President of Democratic South Africa and helped heal the
wounds of apartheid by his magnanimous attitude to his former political
enemies. Albert Einstein His theories of relativity were a very significant
scientific breakthrough. As well as being a genius scientist, Einstein was
also a champion of human rights and campaigned for a more peaceful
world.

3. We can get creative and inspired for life anytime you want. That’s the potential
of being human. We want to help you keep up your motivation and excitement.
Here are five of the best tips to help you stay inspired for life .
• Exercise your mind - Reading is to the mind as exercise is to the body.
• You need some time alone - Alone time is just as important as socializing time. It is
important to stay alone for you to understand your thoughts and emotions at a deeper
level.
• Listen to music – We can get inspired by listening to good music. If we are feeling tired
and stressed out, just listen to good music. Listen to music when we’re driving or when we
are relaxing at home. Good music makes we feel peaceful, happy and relaxed and we can
only get inspired if we are peaceful, happy and relaxed. A research was conducted where
participants listened to Mozart music before taking an intelligence test. The results showed
that their scores went up by ten points.
• Exercise regularly - Going for a jog or a run and breathing in the fresh air we can get
inspired. Exercising not only keeps you healthy but also relieves stress and anxiety.
• Gratitude - Gratitude has helped so many people rise from poverty to riches. Taking our
time to acknowledge what we have and give thanks will make us happy and inspired.

5. Problems faced by Peoples for getting Inspired
There are some fundamental problems with today’s wave of
inspiration
1. Today’s inspiration is about emotion : This wins the retweets, the hearts, the
likes. So inspirational quotes that give you *the feels* are most popular
2. Today’s inspiration lacks grit : If you are inspired but not challenged, then
what do you have? You have a quick rush of optimism.
“ Today’s inspiration is confetti tossed up into the air. A moment of excitement for everyone, only to
fall to the ground and be forgotten.”
3. Today’s inspiration can misguide you : Too often, those inspiring quotes are
nothing but well-packaged foolishness and narcissism.
4. Today’s inspiration leaves you wanting more : Nothing gets done, so you go
back for more inspiration. It’s more wasted time reading quotes on Instagram.

6. •Passive inspiration - Every time when we watch
a video, read an article, or listen to an interview,
we're practicing passive inspiration.
•Active inspiration - We act of creating things,
applying new ideas to our goals, and making
mistakes that we discover who we are and
what is important to us.

7. Yet conclusions are the times when any speakers can inspire not only
those whose attention has wandered for a moment, but also those
who have been longing to escape from the outset, to get the gist of
their message. The magic words are IN CONCLUSION - the
'abracadabra' at the disposal of all presenters everywhere. "Aye," but
"there's the rub," …. conclusions!
