Quinton Stipe Mrs. Zimmer English essay 23 Sept. 2009 A Few Words about Our Military Heroes What makes a military hero to me is someone who goes out and dedicates their life to protect and serve out nation. They put their life on the line to safe others, and when someone is hurt or in need of help, they will go out there and take no risks to get them out of trouble.It is important to honor our military because if we do not then they have no motivation. If we do not honor them, then they will just give up and have nothing to stand for. If we give them motivation then they will work and train harder, be better soldiers. They will not give up until they win the battle, defeat the enemy protect our country until the end. I think it is the best time to honor them on November 11th because that is Veterans Days. And visit friends they have not seen in a long time. They also need us to help them when they come and show them love and affection and show that people care about them. And that there are appreciated that they go out and risk their life to save ours and for those who have lost loved ones in the wars this day can help them to and help them honor the loved ones who were lost in war. And died while risking their life in war and they need appreciated for that. What we could do to honor them is show we care about them, we love them, we are happy that they dedicated their life for ours to save our country, risk their lives to save ours and show they care about us,to show they love and care about the safety of ourselves and the safety of our children
