Pure Beach Resort and Spa is a luxury residential community and boutique hotel property. The first phase of construction for Pure Beach Resort and Spa will begin in 2013 and have an estimated completion date of 2018. Amenities will include nightlife entertainment, underwater activities, a swim-up bar, several swimming pools, and on-site boutiques. In total the resort will have over 300 units. The managers behind the resort, Mark Purai and Sang Park, chose to develop in Barbados because it is arguably the most stable country in the Caribbean.
