• Providing 24/7 on-call and office hours on-site administration and operational support for all network equipment . The support activities include, but are not limited to: • Configuration of network equipment which include routers, switches, mobility service engine • Work with the Service Desk and IT groups to configure new network equipment according to design patterns and document work • Modify network configuration in response to service requests and update tickets • Work with vendors to diagnose and resolve network device software and hardware problems • Work with the NOC to troubleshoot operational issues related to the network • Work with other Network Engineer...
