Italian roots, Swiss born and 18 years of British education, it could only be culinary. Philipp layed the foundation for his career with a chefs apprentiship at a 5* hotel near St. Moritz.  Hungry to learn and explore the gastronomic scene, Philipp's culinary journey took him to various „Leading Hotels“ and Michelin* restaurants in Europe.
