Cautionary Statement
This document may contain forward-looking statements including but not limited to comments regarding the timing and
content of upcoming work programs, potential mineral recovery process, availability of capital and financing, etc.
Forward-looking statements address future events and conditions and therefore involve inherent risks and uncertainties.
Actual results may differ materially from those currently anticipated in such statements.
This document reports mineral resources which are historic in nature and are not mineral reserves and do not have
demonstrated economic viability. The company has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a
current mineral resource or mineral reserve. The Company is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral
resource and therefore the reader is cautioned not to place undue reliance upon them.
The Company's QP Phil Thomas BSc Geol MBusM AIG AIMVA (CMV) has reviewed and approved the technical
information contained in this brochure as required under NI 43-101. There is a NI43-101 Technical Report available
which the reader should read to contextualize the information in this presentation.

7. Claims
7
We have 46 contiguous
claims covering the
faulted mineralization
areas
8. 8
• There are two principal areas of
historical exploration, the Tin Cup zone
(on State Land) and the FM zone (on
BLM land). Shaft workings are evident
at four other locations (on BLM land)
which will be explored to increase the
resource tonnage.
• Past exploration, primarily on the Tin
Cup and FM zones, includes 46,051ft of
drilling in 126 holes
• Historically Fischer-Watt (reported and
estimated) 1,135,100 tonnes grading
0.078 oz/ton Au (2.67 g/t Au) at Tin Cup
Zone and 265,000 tonnes grading 0.053
oz/ton Au (1.82 g/t Au) in the FM Zone
that is adjacent (Note NOT NI43-101
compliant)
• Significant exploration upside – Secret
Pass, the Frisco Mine fault and Union
Pass fault are well defined structures
with demonstrated gold potential.

9. Drill Campaign
• We have approval to drill 10 diamond drill core holes at HQ
core diameter.
• We will twin two holes (TC10 and TC1) either side of the
Tincup Glory hole (past mine shaft). Mineralization in TC10
extends beyond 600 ft (183 metres).
• The cost of the drill program for 2,200 metres is about
US$330,000 plus the cost of analytics and geological
consulting.
• The program will use the existing and new data to compile
a resource estimate.
• We will then incorporate this data into our data model to
determine the next phase of drilling to complete the
feasibility studies.

10. Mines in the Immediate area
10
We are actively seeking opportunities to acquire other mines to enhance our resources

• The Tin Cup mineralized zone has a strike length of approximate 243m (800ft) and a drill-indicated depth of up
to 183m (600ft.) Surface oxidation has extended to a depth of up to 122m (400ft).
• The FM mineralization has a strike length of approximate 213m (700ft) and extends to a depth of up to 122m
(400ft.) As at Tin Cup, high-grade structures occur within a mineralized envelope. Depth of oxidation is generally
76m (250ft) to 106m (350ft.) The FM zone shallow mineralization has potential to be amenable for an open pit
mine. The deposit is currently open-ended at depth and along strike to the north-west.

Historical Drill Highlights
Drilling along a 182 m (600’) long segment of the Tin
Cup mineralized zone tested the zone to a vertical
depth of 152 m (500’) .
The mica sericite alteration is easily seen in the
volcanics that over-lay the pre-Cambrian granites.
The union and frisco faults control the
mineralization creating vertically orientated
mineraliztion in the Fault zones. This may extend to
depth – which will be tested in the next drill
program. TC-10 stopped In mineralization at 600
feet.
Note: Historical and note NI43-101 compliant.

Historical Resource Estimate*
*From Technical Report on the Secret Pass Property Mohave County, Arizona,Ms.
Barbara Carroll BSc CPG May 4, 2016. NOT NI43-101 compliant resource estimate
14. Unexplored Mine sites
There are eight
mine sites that
have historic
workings on them.
The surface
samples
of the tailings
show prospective
results.
The existing
working sites are
located close to
faults that are
visible on the
surface.
14
15. Drill Core and RC Samples
Core shows altered rhyolite and
Andesite with secondary quartzite
15
16. Cultural Survey – Drilling Permit
16
A Cultural survey was completed and no artifacts were found. This is very positive as
we were granted our drilling permit for up to 10 diamond drill holes.
18. IP Geophysics
18
The pink anomalies close to the
fault contact show areas of high
conductivity (measured in millivolts)
Values of 14-18 and background
values of 6-10. The resistivity is
as high as 600 ohms with a
background of 200.
There is no anomaly on the
other side of the fault contact.
These also highlight the differences
between high and low resistivity
rocks and the contacts.
19. Drill core comparison sampling
19
Pulp sampling highlights:
The original sample analyses produced by
Union, CMS and MSRD laboratories in 1985-
1988 were correlated 63% without any
normalization for sampling error, and were
analyzed using ICP by fire assay fusion.
After outliers were removed, the correlation
was more than 90%.
Thirty three other elements were assayed
by aqua regis then ICP with highs of
Manganese, and low values (<120ppm)
Arsenic, Copper, Platinum, Palladium, Iron
and Silver.
The sampling was done by Bureau Veritas
Commodities Canada Ltd (“Bureau Veritas”),
Vancouver, using ICP and fire assay, with
preparation of the pulp samples to ensure
they were homogenous. The holes sampled
were TC1, TC3, TC10, TC30, and TC32.
The samples analyzed for Gold were:
Number greater than 11 gms per tonne –
10/63
Number greater than 4 gms per tonne –
21/63
20. Mine Modelling
20
Highlands Geoscience in July 2013
completed a block model in Surpac
mining software, a Whittle analysis,
and mine optimization analysis at
various levels.
They digitized the drill data and
assays and developed this plan in
isolation of any geological
lithological input.
They completed this exercise on
both TinCup and FM zones.
This was NOT NI43-101 compliant
as there was no geological input re
lithology and structure
21. Processing Options
• We have two options
available:
– Inhouse - Acquire
the patented land
nearby (for
permitting
efficiency) and
construct our own
gold pre/processing
plant.
– Outsource our
processing to one or
more of the
processing facilities
in the area
21
22. Summary
• Project located in significant gold district with upside in new resource
measurement, old workings exploration and acquisition of mines nearby
• Ten hole drill program will test mineralization past 600 feet (182m), and
enable us to estimate a resource statement
• 2,200m drill program to commence when 7.5 cent private placement
completed
• Resource statement on conclusion of drilling
• Bankable Feasibility Study will include in-house or outsourced processing
options –
• Acquisition targets will be prioritized and geophysics exploration of
existing mines on our BLM property. Four mines on our concessions and
acquisitions of similar size will have the potential to increase total project
size.
