I have known Peter Pace since 1988 when I employed him as an offsider in the
operations of a Caldwell 150 B 3 foot Dri[ing Rig. Peter was trained in all operational
and safety aspects and requirements ofthe job and the machine.
The job was dangerous and demanding both mentally and physically and I found
Peter to always be alert and observant, evsn in extreme conditions and never haring
any mishaps or workrelated injuries.
Peter was always on time and never had a sick day offduring the 2 % years of his
employment withus.
Peter has a good sense ofhumour and a friendly nature and was always courteous
towards all my customers.
Peter resigned from working for us tn 1991, when he formed his own business and
went mining ful1time.
Peter was a credit to our Co during the time he worked for us and I could only highly
recommend him for any position he wishes to apply himself to.
