Roughly six months after the first release of the Periscope app there have been the very successful 1st Scope Week in September 2015 in NYC (Periscope Summit). For a quick start in Germany and Europe as well Sybille Hubig and Göran Nitsche started to develop and promote the idea of the Periscope Rally to show the various opportunities to use Periscope for beginners, advanced users and professionals as well. We want to bring Periscope livestreamer together from all over the world, especially from Germanyand Europe.
