Pearce has over 14 years' strategic and public policy consulting experience related to youth development, education and international political engagement. As the founder of Scarlet41 established in Trinidad & Tobago, Pearce engaged with youth from across the country and enabled over 300 young adults to participate in a wide range of recreational activities and tours.
