Paulette M. Risher is twice retired, once as a civilian Organizational Psychologist with the United States Air Force Research Laboratory and once as a Major General (2-Star) in the United States Army Reserve. With 34-years of Army service, Paulette was the first woman to command an Army Special Operations unit as a flag-officer. When she returned to active duty in 2002, she served as the President of the Joint Special Operations University and the Director of U.S. Special Operations Command’s Center for Knowledge and Future (J7/J9). Upon leaving active duty, Paulette joined Booz Allen Hamilton and led their organization and strategy team in Huntsville for three years and served as the .
