Training Coordinator
• Develop training program for newly hired customer service representatives (2 week program)
• Establish mentoring program for new CSR’s
• Create continuing education presentations
• Update training manual to include policy changes
• Help establish and maintain company policies as a member of management team
I also helped to establish the company's Event Committee. One of the annual projects is a Giving Tree during the holidays. Through this project, the staff have helped to contribute to nine different charitable organizations over the past three holiday seasons.
