Matrix Interim is pleased to announce the further expansion
of the team. Laura Lofthouse joined the business as Executive
Researcher in the autumn of 2015 to assist in further cementing
and developing the firm’s candidate relationships.
Laura has undertaken Research responsibilities across a very diverse
range of industries and functions, working at Board and Head of
Function level. She also brings a particular strength in the area of
Human Resources. Working in close partnership with Consultant
colleagues, Laura has delivered end-to-end solutions on a multitude
of UK and international projects.
Laura has worked in the Interim Management and Executive Search
arenas since 1998. Following eleven years in Search working for
Odgers Ray & Berdtson, Boyden Search, Korn/Ferry and HR specialist
Courtenay HR, Laura joined Alium Partners as Head of Research &
Resource in 2008 to specialise in interim management.
Laura commented: “It is very exciting to be back in the Interim
marketplace; reaching out to those in our network, and strengthening
relationships with the interim talent of the future”.

Matrix was delighted to host a Networking Lunch in June for
the HR Interim community.
Held at The Eight Club Bank, an exclusive private members club
in The City, the event attracted a great turn-out of guests and
enabled them to meet and talk with other HR professionals
operating in the market. It was also a great opportunity for the
Matrix Interim team to catch up with established friends, and to
make new connections.
It was fascinating to hear the varying views on the marketplace
and opinions on the current hot trends within the world of HR.
The one consistent message was on continuous change, and
that was before the momentous events of last Friday!
