Consequently, staff is not limited to a
specific POS system, when they need

Consists of 2 components known as Smooth ECR
Change and Smooth Operator Change. These
ensure automatic clerk change and transfer of all
active sales data per customer at any POS
terminal in the network. It thereby facilitates

goodies area. Sales assistants continue serving
clients simultaneously without interruption at
any terminal. They simply swap to their open
