Aside from having good computer and technical skills, I really came to rely on and
appreciate Pamela's ability to size up a project, estimate the time involved and then plan
accordingly. She always has a grasp on what the outcome should be and how to get
there. She is able to assimilate information easily and then knowledgeably assist in a
project. She is not afraid to offer suggestions for improvement and has made several
valuable contributions.
Pamela also has a great deal of initiative and is a self-starter. I think it is far worse for
Pamela to be bored than to be busy. She is always seeking the next thing to do. She is
also very conscientious and always willing to give 110% to get the job done. Her work
ethic is excellent andanything she does, she does well.
