FIBC Bags also known as Jumbo Bags/ Bulk Bags/ Super Sacks are one of the
most cost effective types of packing for storage and transportation of a wide
range of materials such as chemicals, food, metal etc. Manufactured from
tubular/ flat woven fabric, these bags have a large storage capacity. These bags
are custom designed as per the client’s requirement, thus offering a wide range
of bags to choose from. We offer bags for both single-trip (5:1) and multi-trip
(6:1 or 8:1) purposes. The SWL Range of the bags starts from 500 kg up to 2000
kg.

and chemicals, the PP/HDPE woven sacks are customized as per the customer's
specifications. PP/HDPE woven bags are durable, water resistant and can be made
with an additional lining to ensure high strength and low permeability.

11. PP Strap
PP Strap (polypropylene strapping) is currently the most common used
plastic strapping. The later developed PET Strap is of a better quality but this
is also noticeable in the price. PP Strap meets the required properties, such
as tensile strength, elasticity and tension loss for many applications without
failure. Polypropylene is often dull and usually has a checkered profile and is
available in a few standard colors.
The strap is secured by a heat weld, but also by making use of a buckle,
depending on the application and the volume, with a hand-held device,
strapping tool (semi-automatic) or a strapping machine (fully automatic).

PET Strap (polyethylene terephthalate strap also known as polyester strap) is often
used where formerly steel strap was applied. This is due to some very good
properties of PET Strap. Not only is this strap very strong due to its high tensile and
tear resistance, but also very elastic so that the reduction of the size can be
accommodated. It is resistant to shocks and bumps. Even in the long term this strap
is extremely robust, and insensitive to UV light. These properties remain valid, even
at high temperatures. In addition PET Strap is also much lighter than steel strap.
