 Awarded a certificate of appreciation for a design and assembling of a prototype for a
fresher’s exhibition: as electrical engineering department coordinator of the College of
Engineering and Technology (CoET) of 9th
, November 2013.
 Successfully designing and implementing a prototype for a patient monitoring system at
University of Dar es salaam Health center and was ranked among three best electrical
engineering department projects of University of Dar es salaam in 2014.
 EEI- Energy Efficiency Initiatives projects which I have personally initiated and
facilitated in TBL Arusha Plant, which has proposed the optimization of Compressed air
Compressors leading to reduction of Compressed air electricity usage of 2.5kwh/hl in
December-2014 to 1.6kwh/hl in average from March-2015 to date, which is monetary
equivalent to 42,786,613.8 Tsh saved is 7 months period.
 Running a PIP on packaging electricity and water usage as Team Leader from June 2015
which led to the reduction of from 2.6kwh/hl for the past three years to achieving
1.84,1.97kwh/hl in August and September 2015 respectively. Packaging water usage
dropped from 1.1 to 0.8hl/hl YTD. This is estimated 9,540,000 Tsh saving for electricity
only.
