being the managing director at Raja Omer & Associates, i am responsible to manage the Architectural Studio. i bring in the projects,attend meetings with the clients listen to their requirements. I do the budgeting of the projects, coordinate with other consultants i.e structure engineer, mep engineer and project managers in order to get my designs implemented without any errors. I produce the projects through different stages starting from free hand sketches, drawing on sketchup rendering the model using vay plugin, 3ds studio max, revit and autocad.
