I help organisations help their customers. I ensure clients build and deliver innovative solutions, whilst also seeing that they maximise their investments on existing applications and platforms. We more often than not complete these on time and within budget. Sounds basic and something everyone should be doing right? I think so, but you'd be surprised how many people struggle with this!
