My most important drives are social contact, creating ideas, communication, taking decisions, ceating a perspective for longterm policies. I'm good at analysis, organising and executing. Presentations, research, teamwork, creating a pleasant and productive working environment are other fortes. I like challenges and my attitude is of a positive . Results and finding the way to achieve them is what energises me.
