8. Sieve
Nuts sieving
The sieve with various screen layers allows us to sort and select the nuts by shape. The aspirator removes
all fine particles and foreign materials such as paper and wood chips.

10. X-Ray
X-Ray Foreign Matters Sorting (Sortex):
With this machine, NCP can sort your product (for example pistachios, almonds, cashews, macadamia
nuts, hazelnuts or brazil nuts) with superior precision, performance and efficiency. The Sortex detects and
removes foreign material such glass, stones and metal.

In case of infestation or contamination NCP offers you several optional/additional services such as bio
treatment and fumigation services. Fumigation or bio treatment will eliminate all stock destroying species
