Malpura Biomass Energy
1. AGRO KOL BY MALPURA BIOMASS
ENERGY
Fuel your future sustainably with our premium biomass pellets!
Malpura Biomass Energy (AgroKol) is known as one of the leading manufacturers of
biomass pellets in India. We entered into the biomass fuel manufacturing industry in the
year 2022 with an aspiration to set up the largest biomass fuel manufacturing plant in
India. With this aim, we have discovered the world's best and high-yielding technologies
in machinery setup. Within a short span of time, we have gained the client’s trust in the
industry which is a big milestone for anyone in this industry.
SOME OF THE IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
We have been into textile exports for the last 50 years and have our presence in
the USA, Canada, Europe and UK. We have just entered into the green energy
industry with a manufacturing setup of Biomass Pellets. which can meet the
constraint of Quantity as well as Quality standards that the industry is facing a lot
nowadays.
We have enough tool room and consumable store facilities which are helpful in
the uninterrupted manufacturing processes to achieve high daily production
volumes.
Our workshop staff is well-skilled in manufacturing and management techniques.
Our office team is well-skilled and is aware of the technical details of the product.
We have a training facility for no compromises on quality standards.
Our production line is protected with a strict inspection process.
We look after our customers until they are self-satisfactory for quality
consumption.
BIOMASS ENERGY
The term "green coal" is often used to describe biomass pellets, a type of clean energy
and environmental protection. Wood straw, rice straw, white straw, and peanut shells
2. are just a few of the abundant raw materials utilised to make biomass fuel. Statistics
show that China consumes more than 2 billion tonnes of biomass annually, of which
agricultural and forestry waste make up 1/3 and 2/3, respectively. Biomass solid pellets
function well and are pollution-free. The calorific value of biomass solidifying fuel is
slightly lower than that of anthracite coal; 1.3 tonnes of biomass fuel can replace 1
tonne of anthracite; however, the combustion performance of biomass fuel is better than
that of coal; there is no black smoke, and the emissions of carbon dioxide, sulphur
dioxide, and soot are significantly lower than those of coal, making biomass solidifying
fuel a widely recognised clean energy. In order to improve rural living conditions,
farmers' quality of life, and income, it is important to encourage the use of biomass
solidifying fuel in rural areas. This will also help to increase rural environmental
awareness and energy conservation awareness, which will help to alleviate energy
shortages and ensure energy security. It has broad implications for rural economic
development, adjusting the energy system, new rural construction, and protecting the
environment.
FIVE ADVANTAGES
Clean and environmentally friendly energy: It burns without producing any smoke or
flavor, has a lower sulfur, ash, or nitrogen content than coal, oil, or other fossil fuels, and
is hence referred to as "green coal" around the globe.
Low manufacturing cost and high added value: The country's foremost advocate of
clean energy, the biomass-produced fuel has a large market and high calorific value,
while costing little to use compared to petroleum.
Density increases convenient storage and transportation: After being compressed,
the fuel has the benefit of having a small volume and a high density, making it simple to
convert, store, transport, and utilise continuously.
High efficiency and energy saving: High volatile, high carbon activity, just 1/20 the
amount of ash as coal, very little ash in waste heat, and a burning rate of more than
98%.
Wide application and strong applicability: The manufactured fuel can be widely used
in industrial and agricultural production, applied in power generation, heating, cooking,
etc.
