Ten Rochester Row is contemporary living right in
the heart of Westminster. It features a total of 55 one,
two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses
focused around a spectacular 7-storey atrium.
In keeping with the opulent and chic fabric of the apartments, residents benefit from a 24 hour concierge
service and a private gym, designed and fitted by motive8.
The gym is located on the ground floor and features a selection of Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment
including a treadmill, cross trainer alongside upright and recumbent bikes. These are complemented
by a Concept2 rowing machine.
Due to the limited footprint of the gym, a Dual Adjustable Pulley was chosen to provide the resistance
element as it can perform over 220 different exercises whilst only taking up a fairly small area of the gym.
Finally there is a stretching area with Swiss Ball to allow for core work and stretching.
With its floor to ceiling mirrors and ceiling hung TV’s,
the gym is a bright and comfortable workout space
proving very popular with residents.
