except Ground Floor) , with joint coordination to HPCMD personnel. In charge for the Cad works for HRP
Housing Villa project at Hoora, and support technician for MASAKEN, and in various types of Apartment
housing projects for the Ministry.
A solid understanding of CAD Standards and knowledge of MICROSTATION and with some knowledge in
REVIT . Worked for more than Twenty (20) years, with working experience on Architectural, Mechanical,
Electrical, and Shop drawings.
Working knowledge of the Interior Design , Furniture , interior Fit-out industry and a keen ability to write
technical documentation Excellent communication skills, receptive to change, and a strong desire to learn
and further develop my craft.
Involved in design and cad drafting in mass housing projects and high end villas in Kingdom of Saudi of
Arabia, eastern region in particular. Involved in MEP cad drafting for Admin. building facilities in Al Sharq
Petrochemical plants in Jubail, KSA. Commissioned to conceptualized and design private and government
projects at Mazen Al Umran ( MACE ), in Bahrain and presently working in the Ministry of Housing for
Special Projects under AUS office, with simultaneously working time involved in HPPDD Design Dept. for
Villa and Apartment projects .

1.0 Ministry of Housing, Kingdom of Bahrain
Presently working as Architect - Draftsman/Technician doing Microstation and Auto cadd works for
Housing Projects Planning & Design Directorate ( HPPDD ) and AUS Special projects at the same time.
Responsible for planning and design for Bahraini Traditional Housing, Human Rehabilitation Project
( HRP) , involved for Architectural Microstation and Cadd works for Type AZ Apartment project, and IT Isa
Town Apartment, Prince’s Foundation Housing Projects( Different Types),Ministry of Housing (MOH )
Interior Renovation – all Floors. Employed since October 2013 up to present.
2.0 Dar Al Khaleej
Worked as Architect and doing cadd works at the same time. Responsible for planning and design
Traditional Housing design and other Mass Housing project proposal. Employed since March 2012 up to
October 2013.
3.0 Mazen Al Umran Consulting Engineers (MACE)
Worked as Architect and having a COEPP License with Grade B. Responsible for the design and cad drafting
works for some projects in the Ministry of Education, and in some Industrial and commercial buildings
Y.K.Almoayyed and Sons and some other villas at Le Reef in Reef Island. Employed since July 01, 2010 up to
February 2012.
4.0 Saudi Designers Engineering Office ( SDEO )
Responsible in drafting and design of multi-discipline tasks from different types of fit-out Projects to
include are some offices, and government projects in the Ministry of Works, Kingdom of Bahrain, in SLRB
(Bahrain Survey and Land Registration Bureau), to include also are projects in Al Rajhe Steel plant in Jeddah,
KSA. Employed from the month of February 2006 up to June 2012.
5.0 Freelance Architect
More than two years of having private practice in Architecture and Construction industry, more experience
in Housing and Commercial Business Structure. Self employed during the month of November 2004 up to
January 2006.
