Helping employees understand their company benefits facilitates queries or complaints concerning salaries and wages.
• Deliver presentations during orientation sessions, explaining to new workers what benefits the company offers and
when their benefits become effective.
• Primary source of information for open enrollment, which is the annual period when employees can change. • Enroll
in or amend their accidentinsurance plans.
• Have an up-to-date knowledge and a clear understanding of the company's health plan benefits and coverage,
deductibles, employer contributions and employee premiums.
• Explaining and researching benefitpolicies for employees, prepares monthly SSS, Philhealth&Pag-ibigremittance &
loan paymentreports.
• Facilitates employee’s SSS /HDMF loan applications, facilitates employee’s enrollment, queries & updates on
SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR.
• Processing HDMF FORMS (MCIF, MDF, MPL, CL, RTMRLD)
• Holds privilege on processing Certificate of Employments, Clearance Forms.
• Processing PHILHEALTHS’s benefits ( MDR/ID, ER2, PMRF, AF)
• Have knowledge on submission of monthly government reportgeneration (HDMF, PHILHEALTH, and SSS).
• Interviewing new applicants.
• Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational
restructuring and realignment effected fromtime to time.
