In 1981, three-time Academy Award-winning composer Giorgio
Moroder began a three-year endeavor to restore the science fiction
classic, METROPOLIS.
The Art-Deco style was a perfect match for the futuristic overtones of the
1980's, and Moroder added computerized colorization, sound effects, and an
operatic Rock score ranging from Prog (Jon Anderson) to Glam (Freddy
Mercury) and Punk (Adam Ant) to match the operatic sweep of
METROPOLIS.
Now, NO RETURN brings this hybrid back to the big screen for a special
Midnight show--the only way it should be presented!!
