Subject: Feedback on Natasha Rupram
To whom it may concern:
I have worked closely with Natasha over the last two to three years, in my
capacity as the Head of Human Resources and her capacity as the Manager for
the Studio department based in STANLIB. Natasha displayed excellent abilities
as a manager of people and resources. She was helpful, friendly, delivered with
a smile and kept her promises. She gave her all to her work and showed a
quality of being thorough and had attention to detail. She managed to rally the
team in the time of difficulty and was successful in ensuring that the team pulled
together during this time.
Natasha is an excellent and dedicated employee, nothing is too big for her. I
think she did very well in her role.
Regards

Natasha is a great friend who loves her tinfish curry and also eating loads and
loads of bettle nut. She make the best poorie and beans ever! I would
recommend that you do Indian at least once a month so that all the people are
making happy for long time.
Hahahahahaha!
Ok here goes…
Natasha's work ethic and employee / client relationship skills are beyond
reproach. During her tenure at Studio, she facilitated and managed most of the
Shared services operations which in many respects is no different to the role of a
Key Account Manager / Traffic Control - the dual role being managed with the
best interests of the Group at heart. As of present, her role in the Group is
extremely valuable because of the years of experience within the operating
structure. She possesses the humility for people because of the passion she has
for her job. Very few people can, by default, live this out and Natasha has led by
example. She is sorely missed at Studio.

Natasha is a dedicated, responsible and loyal employee. She works hard to get
things done. She always delivers on time, going the extra mile.
She has a great understanding of the business and tackles her tasks with
enthusiasm. She works well with fellow employees and brings a vibrant
personality to the group.

Morning Tashie
Natasha is very dedicated, she has good organising and negotiating skills.
Tash was studio manager and was looking after the administration, accounts and
studio clients.
We could always rely on her to get things done for us especially to communicate
with our outside suppliers and to ensure that deadlines are met. By doing that the
designers could carry on with our their job and not have to negotiate with
suppliers. Other than that, Tash is an asset and she always delivers.
Tashie, I hope this is good enough, let me know
Miss you

Natasha is very organised and orderly and makes decisions quickly. She brings a
lot of energy into a room and easily interacts with people.
Natasha doesn't just assume things she always looks at the facts and details of a
situation. She has a very logical way of thinking and can be quite objective.
Natasha has always looked out defended the team and has always tried her best
to make the Studio a happy place to be in and makes a mean sugar bean curry
In a nutshell Natasha is: Expressive, enthusiastic, logical, reasonable, tough,
compassionate, accepting, realistic, practical, systematic, playful and methodical.

Subject: RE: Performance Appraisal
Good morning Ms. Rupram,
I trust your weekend was pleasant?
As the Manager of the STANLIB Studio, Natasha was efficient and diligent in
work that my team briefed into the Studio.
She always asked detailed probing questions to ensure that her team produced
the required creativity and design as was relevant for what I wanted to achieve.
She ensured that my timelines were met and often exceeded and I received
constant and regular feedback while work was in progress.
She lived the STANLIB Values and had influence of the same on her team.
Her absence is tangible within the Studio department.
Great work all round!!
Kind Regards

To whom this may concern,
This letter is my personal recommendation for Natasha Rupram. Until May this year, I was Natasha's
immediate manager, and for several years prior. Natasha is an extraordinary woman. I have seen many
examples of her talent and have long been impressed by her honesty, diligence and work ethic.
Besides being a joy to work with, Natasha is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas
and communicate the benefits. She successfully organised the Studio’s administrative and billing
systems when she started, which resulted, not only in increased revenue but better delivery and
streamlined processes for the Studio, as well as the designers. Natasha has also assisted me in organising
KPI’s, kept track of designers’ deadlines and was instrumental with end of month billings.
Though she was an asset to our Studio efforts, Natasha is also remarkably helpful in other areas. In
addition to negotiating with our suppliers for better prices, Natasha often takes charge of organising all
the Studio team-building events, birthdays and special occasions – which means a lot to everyone, and
also inspires teamwork.
To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Natasha Rupram. If you have any
further questions regarding her ability or this recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully,
Dominique Lawrence

To Whom It May Concern:
Letter of recommendation: Natasha Rupram
Natasha worked for me during my tenure as Divisional Director: Marketing, at the
Liberty Group. Initially employed as a Personal Assistant, Natasha was at my
recommendation, promoted to Studio Administrator managing all the administrative
aspects of the Group’s in house creative studio of nine designers.
Natasha proved herself an excellent administrator with irreproachable integrity. She
showed excellent organisational awareness, which she leveraged to the company’s
benefit by eliciting exceptional cooperation from both senior colleagues as well as
her peers. Natasha was hard working, more than willing to go the extra mile to
ensure she exceeded her performance targets. She was a consistently reliable team
player on whom I relied heavily during periods of dramatic organisational change and
work pressure. She showed admirable levels of initiative and is capable of working
autonomously.
During the period she reported to me she undertook a marketing course at Unisa to
develop her marketing capabilities.
I would strongly recommend Natasha for any marketing support, administrative or
similar role.
Please feel free to contact me on 083 455 2560 should you require further
information regarding Natasha.
Yours faithfully
