I am currently campaigning for full-time permanent employment in education or in employment services. At this time, I am working part-time jobs: teaching literacy and GED to women in a county jail and facilitator for National Corrective Training Institute (NCTI). It is true that when adults do well, their children do well. In my work with adults in the capacity of job coach and GED instructor, it is obvious that they have a concern for the educational success of their children, but lack the skills and supports to effectively address it.
