I was initially impressed with Mychale Keck's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional
demeanor when I hired her seven years ago as an Assistant Controller at the Winstar World
Casino Resort Hotel. During the four years Mychale reported to me, she consistently
demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any analytical,
business management or technical position.
Mychale is reliable, dedicated and upbeat. Her technical ability is unparalleled, and it is because
of her excellence in this area that we repeatedly asked her for assistance in developing difficult
processes. Mychale multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload. She
consistently met or surpassed all weekly and monthly deadlines and her daily reports and
reconciliations were accurate and thorough.
Of particular value to me as a manager, I was thankful for Mychale's team player mind-set,
enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering
commitment to assisting others as needed. Organized and diligent, Mychale quickly learned the
technology systems; software and accounting duties that were unfamiliar to her when she first
