Introduction
1-What is Eutectic system?
The term "eutectic" is the name given to the behavior that mixtures exhibit
while freezing and melting. Gas cycled within eutectic plate through the
improved cooling cycle cools the body down until eutectic fluid is at the
required degree. This liquid maintains the cold temperature without the need
to receive any energy from outside for a long time thanks to its ability to stay
cool for long. This is the best cooling solution well known worldwide for
product that needs to be transported either frozen or cold.
2- What are the advantages of Eutectic cooler body?
 Since it is not linked to the engine of vehicle, there is no extra fuel
consumption. It is environment friendly.
 While the vehicle is driven and/or stopped, there is no component
working in the body or vehicle. Therefore, there is not any malfunction risk
that may occur during drive.
 Because there is no working component during the drive;
 There is no temperature monitoring and starting/stopping process when
necessary. So, human errors (forgetting, waiting too long, etc.) are out of
question.
 Since the vehicle does not need any independent or outside (as long as it
is charged) energy, there is no risk of spoiling for the product within the
right working timeframe.
 In case of breaks, traffic jam, busy unloading, etc., it does not cause extra
fuel consumption.
 Because it can reach colder temperatures than required for product
storage, it contributes to the cold chain.

 It provides even heat distribution within the body.
 It extends vehicle's lifetime.
3- How does the cooling system works?
The cooling is provided with the Eutectic Plates System, optimal for frozen
food and ice cream transportation. With this system, delicate products such
as ice cream can be distributed all day long under the most difficult
conditions without any need for energy.
The working principle of the cooling system is pretty simple: While the
vehicle is in park, the body is charged with reduced rate 380 V, that is,
cooling plates are cooled. This coolness will cause the inside temperature of
the body to fluctuate between -37 ’C and -24 ’C.
The body that completed its working time is charged again and prepared
for the next day.
The daily need for electricity of the cooling system is 8% less than the
cooling system with air conditioning. And there is no need for energy from
fuel as in system with air conditioning because it is electrically charged. So,
not only fuel efficiency is provided, but also environmental pollution is
prevented.
4- Which products can be transported with Eutectic body system?
In the sections of bodies prepared for subzero degrees, ice cream,
frozen vegetables,frozen chicken and meat, frozen cakes and frozen
food; in the sections prepared for above degrees, all dairy products,
meat, juice, fresh cakes, etc. can be transported.
5- Which degrees can in-body temperature be set to?

cream; 0/+4’C degrees for non-frozen products. The customer may increase
or decrease the temperature via thermostat if they will.
6- How are the working systems of bodies with cooler core?
The working of these body types is categorized in 2 stages: charge and
discharge. Charging is done at night when vehicle is not used. The
charging should be done with reduced rate 380 V while the vehicle is in
park. The cooling system is started and made automatically stop after it
is at wanted degree. The next stage, discharging, is the distribution of
products to the desired locations. The body is able to provide products
to the customers at the wanted degree without receiving energy. The
body that completed its working time is charged again and prepared for
the next day.
7- How long should I charge the body?
The first charging should be at least 12 hours so that cooler cores can
work properly. 8-9 hours should be sufficient for the charging between
two services.
8- How long the body stays cool without receiving energy?
Body's inner temperature will fluctuate between -25’C and -40’C during
distribution. This fluctuation depends on the number of side doors and
how many times they are opened and closed. According to the design
and calculations, the working time for the body is opening/closing of 60
times daily or 10-12 hours.

9- Can I keep products that should be transported in
different temperatures in the same body?
The products that should be transported in -25’C and +4’C degrees can
be in the same body through private divisions and separate cooler
cores. We can design and manufacture this type of bodies optimally
according to customer’s intention to use.
10- What are the differences between Eutectic-type cooler body and
blow-type cooler body?
Blown-type coolers are appropriate for distributions that last more than
14 hours. Even if initial investment cost is cheaper for this system,
eutectic system pays off at short notice with its low operating cost.
Eutectic-type body is independent from the vehicle during distribution, so it
provides fuel saving, and it is environment-friendly. Eutectic-type body
needs 60% less maintenance and is safer. And this type of bodies has longer
lifetime and works quietly. Moreover, the humidity infused in the body does
not affect the distribution of coolness unlike in the blown-type system. To
sum up, cooler core body completes the most important and difficult stage
of cold chain.
11- How to order :

your design required, and will ship the Eutectic body to your warehouse and fix on the chassis using a
