Flame Retardant Saturant for Fabric & Wood.
Can be used on most fibers. Works excellent on
cardboard, paper & other decorative materials.
Fabric: Covers 200-800 square feet per gallon.
Wood: Covers 240 square feet per gallon.
WT-102 Latex Based Intumescent
Flame Retardant Coating—1 Coat
Available in 5-Gallon Pails.
Class A, Latex Based Intumescent Flame Retardant for Wood. This product has
excellent adhesive abilities. Available in Black, White, Gray & Color Base for Cus-
tom Tinting in Large Quantities.
Coverage is 135 square feet per gallon with 1 coat.
WT-103 Clear Matte Latex Based Flame Retardant Coating
Available in 5-Gallon Pails.
Class B, Latex Based Intumescent Clear Matte Coating for Wood.
Coverage is 100 square feet per gallon with 2 coats.

Yes! Firetect® will at no charge conduct a safety inspection or test
samples and provide fire safety consultation so that you can make
sure your patrons and property comply with fire codes.
How long does flame retardants
last?
It is important that flame retarded
surfaces do not come in contact with
liquids. It is up to the owner to main-
tain the flame retardant surface to en-
sure that their material still complies.
Regular maintenance and periodic
testing is recommended. Firetect®
recommends re-application every 3-5
years or as needed.
Can All Fabrics be treated with Flame Retardant?
Most fibers can be treated, but there are a few exceptions. 100%
nylon, acetate or acrylic tend to resist flame retardant application.
Also, materials coated with a
water repellent or any other
chemicals may be problematic.
