I am for the art of project, team, and change management. With project failure rates globally not shifting significantly in the last 20 years organisations need to move beyond methodology and bodies of knowledge. If organisations are to manage this rapidly changing world of ours, we need to provide real people (project managers, teams, customers, stakeholders) principles, processes, and systems that are adaptable and provide those people the capability to work with them.
