I am currently employed by Icomm as a Service Desk Engineer in a 2nd / 3rd line capacity. Working on a busy support desk I handle inbound support tickets and internal escalations for customers based throughout the UK within the SME market. • 70% customers using a virtualized environment - primarily VMware. • Citrix administration.
