SPECIALISED SOLUTIONS
The VATit Group provides specialised services and products that drastically increase
client’s claimable VAT amounts, resulting in substantial savings:
• Reissue/Restyles: A department dedicated to attaining original supplier invoices
when only copies are available. Invoices are reformatted so that they are compliant
with VAT authority requirements for refund.
• Discovery: Substantial savings are made for clients by reviewing their accounts with
key suppliers. Account statements are matched against invoices collected at
retrievals. Any missing invoices are attained from suppliers.
• Credit Cards: VATit compare credit card statements and proof of payment
documents to actual invoices collected. Any missing invoices are identified
and attained from suppliers.
• Supplier Refunds: VATit reviews each invoice in order to determine whether VAT
was charged correctly or not. VATit will seek to reclaim any VAT from suppliers
where it has been incorrectly charged.
• VATit incorporates a team of VAT experts, consultants and in-house lawyers, giving
it the edge in keeping up to date with changing legislation, VAT authority

3. ONSITE RETRIEVALS
• VATit believes that the best way to ensure that all VAT is recovered is through a
comprehensive, onsite retrieval programme.
• Group structures are analysed and VATit resources are allocated accordingly to
service client entities at agreed upon locations.
• These retrievals include the downloading of data from accounting software
packages to ensure all claimable invoices found.
• All retrievals are conducted by highly trained VATit employees (no outsourcing or
students) with a minimum of an undergraduate degree. They are incentivised to
grow the value of VAT collected at clients on a successive invoice retrieval basis.
CENTRALISED PROCESSING CENTRE
• VATit controls, manages and operates its own Processing Centre with over
100 employees.
• Custom built software drives the VATit Processing Centre and ensures every invoice
is traceable in the system. This system ensures maximum efficiency, reliability,
compliance and quality control.
• VATit Processing Centre employees are highly experienced, trained, tested and
