2. How Do I Renew My Coverage?
1. Complete the renewal application you receive from HRA.
2. You return the application with updated proof of income via mail. If your information has
changed, corrections must be made on the application and any required proof must be
provided.
3. If you need help, call MetroPlus at 1.800.475.METRO (1.800.475.6387) or TTY
800.881.2812 or email us. MetroPlus renewal representatives can assist you on the phone
or at a MetroPlus location in your community.
4. HRA sends you notification of reactivated status.
5. If your income changes making you ineligible for one product but eligible for another, you
will be notified.
6. If you lose your application or do not receive one, you may have a new one printed at
certain sites.
3. How Do I Pay My Premium?
There are two options to pay your premium:
โข Pay My Premium Online
To access online payment, click here: https://www.metroplus.org/paymypremium. This tool
can also be accessed by going to Member Services and then clicking Pay My Premium.
Have your credit or debit card ready. Enter the EXCHANGE NUMBER and INVOICE NUMBER
as shown on your invoice. Then, click โNextโ to complete your payment request. (We accept
Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards.)
Please note that the amount shown on the screen reflects the amount of the invoice, not
the amount due for the account.
โข Pay My Premium Using a Check
Members that choose not to use online payment can send their Invoice Coupon with a
check to the address listed.
4. How Do I Find a Doctor or Provider?
