Out of the Proverbial RFP Box
Taking a page from Hilton’s recent technological innovations, PGi would like to propose a partnership as an extension of this UC RFP to enable
launching Hilton to the top spot among business travelers and business needs in Hilton hotels.
PGi has a brilliant, secret little team called the Innovations Team. Their whole job is to think up the next greatest thing. I would liken them to an
internal incubator of sorts. Thus far, the ingenuity that has come out of this team has been very successful, pushing of the UC envelope, and
immediately swallowed-up by our client base.
Agenday
We all know how busy the schedules of
business travelers are. PGi, in response to
several requests, our Innovations Team think
tanked a mobile app called Agenday that has
taken off like crazy in popularity. In
discussions around Hilton, we did a
considerable amount of research on Hilton and
where you sit in the technology arena and the
situational arena with client genre
percentages. Armed with this research, we
came up with the idea of adding Hilton,
perhaps exclusively, to the Agenday app like
depicted on either side.
This is a visibility inducing / ease of accessing
hotel reservations @ Hilton by interop’ing
Hilton’s new room app with Agenday. The
ability to access Hilton reservations via direct

embedding into the Agenday app, access to
Hilton becomes redefined.
