Re: Authority Letter / Master Agreement for EV Certificates
Dear DigiCert, Inc.:
On behalf of _____________________________________ (Full Legal Name of Company or Organization -
“Applicant/Organization”), the undersigned represents that he/she is its [CEO, President, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-
Pres., COO, CIO, CFO, CSO, Managing Member, Director or Department Head]. Applicant/ Organization desires to procure
one or more Extended Validation Certificates from DigiCert, Inc. For such purpose, this letter shall serve as a Master Agreement
between our two organizations. Applicant/Organization hereby acknowledges receipt of DigiCert's EV Certificate Subscriber
Agreement (available at http://www.digicert.com/ssl-cps-repository.htm). Applicant/Organization hereby grants authority to the
individuals indicated below to act on behalf of Applicant/Organization solely for purposes of obtaining certificate services from
DigiCert in the following roles:
CONTRACT SIGNER: The “Contract Signer(s)” represent and bind Applicant/Organization in its certificate procurement
process with respect to signing Subscriber Agreements on behalf of Applicant/Organization, confirming that Applicant/Organization
has the exclusive right to use the domain name, and binding Applicant/Organization to all such Subscriber Agreements and related
documents. This authorization applies to both written and electronic signatures.
CERTIFICATE APPROVER: The “Certificate Approver(s)” represent and bind Applicant/Organization in its certificate
procurement process by confirming that Applicant/Organization has the exclusive right to use the domain name and approving
Certificate requests submitted by others that the Contract Signer has authorized. Such approvals may be written, verbal, or electronic.
CERTIFICATE REQUESTER: The “Certificate Requester(s)” represent and bind Applicant/Organization in its certificate
procurement process with respect to completing and submitting Certificate requests on behalf of Applicant/Organization.

The Applicant/Organization hereby agrees to be bound by all Certificate requests, Subscriber Agreements, and related documents
submitted to DigiCert, Inc. by the above listed Contract Signer(s) and Certificate Approver(s) for a period of ____________________
(fill in duration in years or write “perpetual until revoked”) from the date of this letter, after which a new copy of the Master
Agreement for EV Certificates will need to be executed and submitted to DigiCert, Inc. The Applicant/Organization must contact
DigiCert, Inc. by written notification using one of the following methods to revoke the rights of any representatives herein appointed:
