Currently M&M Medical purchases non-sterile exam gloves from four different suppliers.
Minimum orders and processing costs continue to increase resulting in lower gross profit.
Consolidation of suppliers would not only reduce the cost of the gloves due to volume increase,
but the processing cost would be decreased. Private labeling of exam gloves will continue the
branding of our company product.
