Matthew Blevins has been working in the bank and securities industry since 1996. He is currently the Vice President of Empire Stock Transfer Inc. Mr. Blevins worked with the Corporate Actions / XBRL Steakholder Group in 2009 and 2010 helped with a future modification the corporate actions process. He also worked with The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) on the Working Group Committee related to upcoming and ongoing industry initiatives.
