1. IT Contract Recruitment Team Leader/Manager –

IT Contract Recruitment Manager/Team Leader is required to take over a small team of IT Contract Recruitment
Consultants for a fast-growing IT Recruitment business in their Manchester City Centre Office.
Role:
•Initially you will take over 2 IT Contract Recruitment Consultants, with sign off for 2-3 more in your first six
months
•To be managing a team of 8 IT Contract Recruitment Consultants by the end of 2011
•To be delivering £3k weekly/gp as a team within 3 months, rising to £20k weekly/gp by the end of 2011
Opportunity :
•Fast track career progression to Directorship
•Commission – no threshold rising to 30% monthly
•Team overrides up to 5%
•Base salary c. £30k rising quickly to c.£46 based on targets
•Equity based on achieving targets
Looking for:
•Senior IT Contract Recruitment Consultant to IT Contract Managers
•High level of new business billings
•Experience of mentoring and managing a team
•Ambitious & driven personality
