manystoriesof successful entrepreneurs whofailedmanytimesbefore gettingthe bigsuccessthat

afteryearsof tryingto markethisspecial “FriedChicken”.
So whydo manypeople fear failure?
I’mguessingmanyof the world’s bestbusinessideashave laiddormantinside the inventorshead
and neverseenthe lightof day because of the fearof failing,Ialsofeel thatmanyof these potential
entrepreneurshave beenkickingthemselveswhenthey asimilarideatheyhave hadhitthe market
yearslater& becomingasuccess.
The fear initiallymightjustifiablybe causedbyriskingeverypennyonanideaor givingupa steady
jobto pursue the idea.Alsoitmightbe businessowneror employee whohasagreat ideafortheir
businessbutisscaredto voice the idea.

2. Withany newstart up ideaor projectthe ownerneedtodrive thisideawhennobodyelse is
listening,theyneeddetermination&self- belief tobe able topromote,advertisethe project without
waveringevenwhenitlooksdoomedtofailure. Tobe able getup day afterday& knockon doors
until somebodydoeslisten.
It’sthisI believe the stopsmanypeople fromvoicingtheirideas,notsomuch the fearof failure but
the fearof selling the ideatoworld.Manywill convince themselvesthatit’sjustnotpossible that
theycan have the nextbigideaor if it was goingtobe a successtellingthemselvesif itwasthat good
whydidsomebodycome upwiththe idea.The hardestpart isto sell anideawhenthe restof the
worldthinks it’snaff butI guarantee manyof the verybestideascome frompeople thathad to face
thisbattle.Maybe the ideadidfail & the nextbutone day there will be the one thatworks.
So if youhave an ideabut afraidto voice itmightbe worth lookingatwhere youfearslie, because if
it isjustvoicingthe ideathatyou are scared of it will costyounothing to air,you mightactuallyfind
that people willbe receptive andwhoknowswhere thatmighttake you.
